We could not have been happier with the service we received from White’s. If we could give 6 stars we would. Their customer service was excellent. They both cleaned and mold remediated a flooded basement. Their workers were pleasant, informative, on time, and there was even follow up after we’d paid to make sure the job was done right. An added bonus to White’s is that they are in close contact with a network of other service providers who are helping us make sure that we don’t have this problem again. Wonderful company. 6 Stars

Great experience with Tony from White's Restoration. In the middle of moving, we noticed some mold in our closet. We called, and Tony came over that same day to evaluate the damage and was able to come within the next few days to get the job done. Just what we needed for our quick moving timeline. Thank you!

White's Restoration was a god send. I had a broken pipe downstairs in my finished family room which flooded the carpet and room. They came right over with 3 huge dehumidifiers and 5 fans, removed pieces of the wall and insulation to find the problem area, and removed all the wet carpet padding. Everything was cleaned up for me! Eli was leading the charge to make sure it was done correctly. He was the best. Eli's attention to detail was fantastic. Thank you all so much!

I highly recommend White’s. We had some water damage and they came immediately to start work on it. Not only that, while the work was being completed, they came over/called when they said they were going to and were always very easy to reach. I worked most closely with Eli, but everyone I interacted with at White’s was very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Eli and Austin came to our home and did water restoration on our basement today. They moved the large furniture and even some paintings in the store closet for me. They went above and beyond what was expected to ensure customer satisfaction. They were timely and very kind. Their work was good. I highly recommend this company and I have high praises for the two gentleman who serviced my home today. Thank you Eli and Austin.

Mr. White handles all the sub contractors and insurance which took alot of the burden off of the homeowner. This was greatly appreciated. We recommended the company to our HOA to share with other neighbors. Well done!

I had a catastrophe late on a Saturday night. White’s was recommended to me by the plumber and Charlie was there within 30 min. He was professional and explained everything to me as well as made some suggestions. I will definitely keep White’s in mind for any other issues I have.

Woke up and a pipe had broken and water was everywhere on the main floor and running down into the basement. Called White’s (on a Saturday) and within thirty minutes they had one of their project managers on site to assess next steps and thirty minutes after that a crew was here at the house to remove the standing water and begin the demo, setting up fans, etc to minimize damage and to aid the restoration process. This was a major water event and I have never seen a company move more quickly or professionally to help in a time of crisis. They also take and prepare meticulous notes and help in the event an insurance claim needs to be filed. Very glad I called White’s and special thanks to Keith, Michael, Eli and the whole team at White’s for being there and answering the call.

A while back, we had a stove top fire. We were fortunate to have White’s Fire Smoke & Water Damage Restoration take care of us. During this stressful time, an amazing team responded by immediately presenting to do an initial assessment, coordinate packing up of our home items, send linen/clothes out for specialty cleaning & transition our beloved home back to it’s original state. We were impressed by how thorough the work was and how seamlessly they communicated with our insurance company. The home treatment included cleaning & deodorizing the house and contents by the most kind & personable couple!! Our clothing was packed up by another special team (not us!!) who deodorized & treated each item, paying attention to specialty products. This was such a relief given that this was an emotionally taxing time for us. The walls & ceiling were repainted. Each item was eventually returned to its place within a very reasonable time frame. In the end, our home was beautifully restored. We remain grateful to White’s team for helping us get our home back!! Thanks again

I stopped by today to utilize their free vehicle sanitation service. I was very happy with the care and overall happiness they had in taking care to make sure my vehicle and others were disinfected and sanitized during these times. The fact that they were doing this for first responders was amazing, but then letting anyone in the public take advantage of it too is truly above and beyond and shows the character of this company. I will be back again before this is over and I know I can count on them for any of their other services should I need them in the future!
